Field Crest Park:Fieldcrest Park1 - Copy
Located on the north side of town in the Field Crest Development off of County Road 3.
Amenities Include: Playground Equipment, Basketball court, Covered picnic table, Open play space.

Mooers Avenue Park:

Young people can enjoy sports activities year-round at Mooers Avenue Park, located at Eighth Street and Mooers Avenue. In the winter, skaters making use of the hockey rink and the open skating rink can take a warm-up break in the warming house provided by the city.  For more information on the Ice Rink click here.

Peterson Park:

Located on Broadway Avenue and Fourth Street SW, forms the hub of Cokato. The 4.8-acre park is adjacent to both the business district and the elementary school and is the site of many community activities. One of the main events held in Peterson Park is Cokato's Annual Corn Carnival, held the second Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday of August.  In 1930, the first 2 acres of Peterson Park was donated to the Village by C. R. Peterson. Peterson specified that the park was to be used for recreation and playground purposes.
Amenities Include: baseball field, playground equipment (after school hours), sledding hill in the wintertime, picnic shelter (electricity, and picnic tables available) Shelter is free to use, call the City at 320-286-5505 to check availability and reserve.

Prairie Park:prairie-park
Residents of Southeast Cokato can pass time at Prairie Park. A neighborhood park located in Builders Park Addition, near Maple Ave SE.
Amenities Include: Covered picnic tables, playground equipment, soccer field, sand volleyball court, basketball court, and open space.

Railroad Park:
Located on Broadway Avenue and 2nd Street West, adjacent to the business district, and provides night lighting for evening use.
Amenities Include: Covered picnic tables and pickle ball court

Trailstone Park:
Located on the east side of Cokato on 53rd street SW just north of Highway 12.
Amenities Include: Playground equipment, covered picnic table, and open play space.

Unity Park:
Unity Park, which is located on the corner of Broadway and Third Street SW, was formerly the site of the State Bank of Cokato building which was damaged in the 1992 Tornado. The bank was torn down and the land was donated to the city. In 1995, the park was built to memorialize residents’ efforts in restoring the city.
Amenities Include: Benches and a Lending Library.

The whole family will enjoy Veterans Memorial Park, located on Johnson Ave. N., on the east side of Brooks Lake. In the summer the baseball field is home to the Cokato Kernels, a Minnesota Amateur Baseball team. 
Amenities Include:
Playground equipment, open playfields, baseball field (check with the city on availability), boat launch ramp, fishing fier and two picnic shelters The Large shelter near the ball field includes electricity and picnic tables and the small shelter on the north side of the park includes only picnic tables. Shelter is free to use, call the City at 320-286-5505 to check availability and reserve.


Community Tennis & Basketball Courts:
Cokato also offers two tennis courts and a basketball court that are located across from the Cokato Elementary School on Jackson Ave South, between Fifth and Sixth streets, near the municipal swimming pool.
