The City of Cokato offers two rooms that can be reserved for social gatherings or meetings.
The Community Room is located at Cokato City Hall (255 Broadway Ave S.) on the upper level. The maximum Capacity of the Community Room is 275 persons. Amenities: Tables, Chairs & Kitchen.
The Centennial Room is located next to the local library in the same building. (175 4th St SW). The maximum Capacity of the Centennial Room is 175 persons. Amenities: Tables, Chairs & Kitchen.
Reserving the Rooms:
To reserve the Community Room or Centennial Room, the user must submit a Community Room/Centennial Room Rental Application to the City prior to the Event. Applications will not be accepted more than one year in advance of the Event. Applications will be accepted during the City’s regular business hours.
Fees: There is a $75.00 rental fee and $150.00 damage deposit for rentals. Damage deposit is refundable if no damage is done to the room.
