Central City Phase II - Update

The Central City Phase II project has been awarded to Landwehr Construction from St. Cloud, MN. The project is in progress and scheduled to be complete in November 2021.
The following locations will be within the scope of the project:
  • 4th St SE from Lee Ave SE to Linden Ave SE
  • Lee Ave SE from 7th St SE to 3rd St SE
  • Swanson Ave SE from 7th St SE to 3rd St SE
  • Linden Ave SE from 7th St SE to 3rd St SE
